Epi-Hab was started in 1958 by a group of business and medical professionals who volunteered their time and efforts to form a company “to provide employment opportunities for individuals with epilepsy.” Epi-Hab’s emphasis remains the same, focusing on the ability, not the disability.



Matt Redmann – Executive Director

Matt, employed since the summer of 2006. Originally from Wisconsin and a “die-hard” cheesehead, Matt has management experience with both “for-profit” and “not-for-profit” businesses. Call Matt with any Epi-Hab concerns or questions and he’ll get you an answer.



Bonnie Munoz- Assistant Manager

Bonnie began with Epi-Hab in 1979. She started as a temporary employee and never left. Bonnie’s skills were apparent from the start. Show her a job and she’ll find the best way to get it done. Her commitment to quality and customer service has won her the confidence of many Epi-Hab customers. Customers know Bonnie and know they’re in good hands. Bonnie has recently been promoted to Epi-Hab’s Assistant Manager.



Torrey Rogers – Controller

As a controller, Torrey is tasked with directing all of Epi-Hab’s financial accounting operations. His responsibilities include maintaining fiscal records, establishing and maintaining budgetary controls and preparing and filing various financial and regulatory reports.  Torrey is also responsible for the planning, managing, training and maintenance of Epi-Hab’s PC-networked computer system, including the software.  Additionally, Torrey serves as the principle liaison to the external auditor and interacts monthly with the Board of Directors. He is a graduate of DeVry and a native of Wyoming.



Patsy Lara – Production Supervisor

Patsy is our Production Supervisor and is responsible for all floor operations. Patsy has been with Epi-Hab since 1992 and has developed a talent for making things happen. Patsy is bilingual and can satisfy just about any customer need.



Manuel Soto – Assistant Production Supervisor

Manny is Epi-Hab’s new Assistant Supervisor, Patsy’s “right hand” in production. He is a “go getter” and dedicated to quality and timely completion of our customer’s work. Manny is also bilingual.



Larry Lake – Truck Driver

Larry is more than just our truck driver. He is Epi-Hab’s ambassador of good will. When we pick up or drop off work, Larry is the first Epi-Hab person our customers see. Larry is a cheerful employee and a safe driver.



Veronica Torres – Receptionist and Bookkeeper

Veronica began with Epi-Hab in 1996. She started as a clerk, managed Accounts Receivables and shortly took over Payroll. She has a detailed understanding and experience resolving customer service issues. Veronica is also bilingual.



Baer Performance Marketing – Marketing Partner

Baer Performance Marketing is a full-service marketing agency helping EPI-HAB and other businesses build, rejuvenate or expand their brands. The spectrum of services BPM offers includes, but is not limited to, brand development, copywriting, media planning, market research, public relations, social media marketing, search engine marketing and graphic design.
