For more than 60 years, Epi-Hab, a 501(c) 3 organization, has proudly served the community by providing assembly and storage services to a broad range of customers across the southwest while employing people with Epilepsy and other disabilities. Epi-Hab is able to flex to fit your unique projects with cost-effective solutions for fulfillment, mail processing, inventory management, product quality inspection, local trucking services, pallet storage and more.
If the last 12 months have shown us anything, it is that we must adapt, evolve and change in order to continue our mission. Change provides us a great opportunity to elevate our service levels and operational acumen while expanding the current list of services and solutions we are providing to local businesses.
We are thrilled to announce that Tony Barlow has joined the organization as our President. His experience and vision are perfectly matched for our organization and will help propel us to a bright future with a broader range of services while providing us with new avenues in which to live out our mission by increasing our diverse staff. Tony has worked in the printing industry for 25 years, with previous leadership roles leading and building teams at Konica Minolta, Oce, Xerox, and Nestle. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Epi-Hab with a primary focus on: Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Community Outreach, Partnerships, Developing New Revenue Streams, Team Satisfaction & Running a Successful Business.
Additionally, we are very excited to let you know that Jay Plummer has joined our team as the Director of Finance and Operations. Jay’s manufacturing background together with his organizational leadership skills will bring a much-needed lift to the operations overall. While Jay will be responsible for all aspects of Operations and Finance at Epi-Hab, he will primarily be focused on the roles of: Operations, Finance, Safety, Security, Working Conditions, Facilities, Meeting Deadlines, Customer Satisfaction, Workflow, IT, Process Improvements, & Implementing Technology.
Epi-Hab’s Board of Directors is the governing body of the nonprofit organization. Members review and approve budgets, establish long-term strategy, and act as ambassadors to the community. Sandi Neuman was elected Chairman of the Board, and has served on the Epi-Hab Board of Directors for more than 8 years. She served in support and leadership of the goals of Epi-Hab with positions as Secretary, Treasurer and Director before Chairman of the Board. Sandi has a vested interest in the future of Epi-Hab and the team.

Meet Tony Barlow: Tony moved from California to Arizona 27 years ago and has spent his career in leadership roles with several printing equipment manufacturers. His experience in team building, process improvement and customer service are bench mark in the industry. As the father of an adult with disabilities, Tony brings a perspective of understanding, empathy and passion to help others achieve their potential, uniquely aligning with EPI-HAB’s mission. Leading by example and seeing the ability in others allows him to inspire, motivate and help people. His collaborative spirit, drive to succeed and ability to serve others is essential for the next chapter of EPI-HAB’s growth and evolution.

Meet Jay Plummer: With over 30 years in manufacturing with in-depth and global experience in metals, plastics, and wood products, Jay’s experience and vision is key to our future growth. Skilled in Supply Chain Management, Product Development, Inventory Management, Lean Manufacturing, Operations, and P&L management, Team building, and Team Management, his expertise in these areas are integral to our ongoing expansion of service offerings.
Both Tony and Jay have established goals together for strengthening the organization as a whole, with positive changes already unfolding in the short amount of time that has passed since they started at Epi-Hab which include:
